Alabi Olawale is a Project Facilitator /Health Educator at the REALCARE CONSULTANCY. A Seasoned MEDICAL LABORATORY OFFICER with over 15 years of active, hands-on experience in diagnostic medicine. His impressive career spans major frontline players in the medical diagnostics industry: Former SENIOR MEDICAL LABORATORY OFFICER/RETROVIRAL SCREENING COUNCILLOR at FUNBELL DIAGNOSTICS LAGOS. For over a decade, Olawale played a pivotal role at Funbell Diagnostics, spearheading retroviral screening initiatives and ensuring accurate diagnostics. His dedication and precision in medical laboratory practices have significantly contributed to improving patient care outcomes. A position he held did diligent to from 2013 to 2023. He was the Chief Phlebotomist / Home Service Manager at Mecure Healthcare, A multinational medical outfit with branches across the country and the Middle East. In his managerial role, Olawale efficiently led phlebotomy services, overseeing home healthcare operations and ensuring seamless diagnostic services for clients. His leadership resulted in streamlined processes and increased client satisfaction from 2010 to 2012.

His exploit also cut through CLINA LANCET, A multinational Medical outfit with the headquarters in South Africa.  Olawale gained foundational expertise in laboratory diagnostics, honing his skills in pathology and medical screening, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic services where he was Junior Medical Laboratory Officer between 2008 and 2010.

 His Professional Journey kick started as a Medical Laboratory Officer (Blood Transfusion Screening Centre) – Abode Medical Laboratory, Gbagada General Hospital from 2007 to 2008

As a young and promising laboratory officer, Olawale was entrusted with the joint managerial role of the Elisa Screening Centre for the National Blood Transfusion Service, showcasing exceptional leadership and technical acumen. He served diligently for over a year before taking up a more challenging role at the CLINA LANCET.  Since his onslaught as a Programme Facilitator, Health Educator, and Analyst at RealCare Consultancy, He had successfully designed and implemented impactful health education programs, reaching diverse audiences and fostering a culture of wellness. He developed and delivered comprehensive training sessions on preventive healthcare, medical diagnostics, and lifestyle management, equipping participants with actionable knowledge. Leveraging his expertise as a health analyst, He conducted in-depth data reviews to identify healthcare trends, enabling strategic program enhancements that boosted engagement and effectiveness. His contributions have empowered many individuals and organizations to prioritize health, resulting in measurable improvements in community wellness and productivity. As a JACK OF ALL TRADE in a positive way, he dabbles into the world of FOREX, A side hustle that he has been known for among you traders in the country. building indicators for cautious trade, an training the NOOBS on how to  navigate the market despite its VOLATILITY
